Undershepherd Groups

What are they, anyway?

Each member of New Providence is assigned to an Undershepherd Group, a member care group. A list of the groups is on the hallway bulletin board, or you can call the church office.

Each group is headed by two persons who are usually elders currently serving on the Session. These leaders are available to answer or find an answer to any questions you may have about the programs or governing of our church.

The group leaders would also like to be contacted if you are ill or have need of any type of assistance or visitation from the Pastor or the Session of the church, or if you know of another person who needs assistance.

Many undershepherd groups try to get together for some type of gathering or meal at least once a year to become better acquainted and share fellowship. Please take advantage of the availability of these leaders to assist you in your life at New Providence.
